It is an important fact that running an E-commerce may not, without the basic facilities. But in the present day and age where everything is advancing so rapidly, the readiness for e-commerce evaluated, in order to determine whether it can adapt to developments. Since most of the developing countries that have a low E-readiness (limited internet availability, low-quality telecommunication facilities and units, inconvenient policy and legal situation of insufficient Banking and payment infrastructure and lack of online culture), dealt with certain questions first before putting up a conducive, reliable and comfortable environment for E-commerce. Therefore, the following is a list of some basic e-mail capability areas that Nations should correct adoption of E-commerce.

Internet

Without access to the internet, electronic commerce is not possible. An affordable access to this basic opportunity for e-commerce should be a priority as this would be a gateway for society to explore and see what the world has to offer, and find ways to adopt the practice of E-commerce.

E-Commerce awareness

Entrepreneurs, companies, citizens and the whole nation should have been familiar with proper e-commerce awareness to know its advantages for their businesses, lifestyles and economy. With such knowledge, they will surely adopt and practice on business technology.

Online buying and selling

To increase these habits is another subject that should be established by the society with regard to the adoption of E-commerce. Almost always have people done business through face to face, particularly for developing countries. The new system of purchasing (or selling) products and services online, or a person they can not see, literally, is a major step in the development. Confidence is up among the people. Why should online business habits be promoted to people who have a workable and effective
E-commerce environment.

Telecommunications, payment and logistics

Infrastructures for these systems are among the most necessary facilities such as E-commerce would require. All E-commerce transactions are made through a secure and reliable online payment system, which the seller and the customer must not exist in the same geographic area. Telecommunications for communication (obviously) and the logistics of supplies is basic infrastructures have a successful e-business. That said, these devices shall be provided and set ready to reach a complete E-commerce operation.

Computers

An issue that prevents people to go for E-commerce is the expensive price of computers. Therefore, access to affordable computers easier. Otherwise, nobody wants to go online on the Web, staying in the world of face-to-face business.

Political and Legal Affairs

Most developing countries have been vague and unclear, the E-Commerce and legal statements. These should be properly addressed since, without such policies and legislation, it would be very difficult and nearly impossible to run an online business. Convenient and distributed e-commerce policy and legal conditions should therefore be present to mainly due to the adoption of E-Commerce to the nation.

With all these evaluation and preparation of developing countries, will be online entrepreneurs and customers be more convenient to do business. Thus a successful e-commerce operation.
